As a hospitality consultant, she draws on this in-depth knowledge and understanding of the global and local industry to help the UAE's top chefs and venues craft great offerings for their guests and work towards their domestic and international goals.

Zoe has developed a network consisting of the world’s most important and influential figures in the world of gastronomy, including world class chefs, food journalists, international PR representatives, 50 Best Chairpeople and TasteHunters, as well as global gastronomes and KOLs.

Zoe is also a respected expert in the beverage industry, serving as a regular judge for mixology competitions in the region in addition to being an advisory board member and consultant for leading food tech apps in the UAE.
